Our mission is to give recognition to the finest emerging authors out there and to provide some funding to at least a few to keep going and to continue making a mark. The winners of the EPF prove this is not in vain.
burn. was launched as an online magazine/journal in 2008. In an ever fast-changing world for photographers and writers, my goal for burn. is to be at the forefront of change and to provide an outlet for emerging visual authors, and perhaps established photographers as well.
So many people speak of tough times ahead. I see opportunity. In my career I have never seen so much opportunity.”
